Privacy Notice

This service operates from Mexico under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, "LFPDPPP"). The Spanish version of this notice prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Identity and address of the data controller
Consultor Neural (hereinafter "Wellness Total" or "the Controller"), with RFC COAO740817289 and address at Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos 1121, Metepec, Estado de México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data pursuant to the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.

We collect the following personal data when you interact with our website wellnesstotal.tech, contact forms, communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email), or during the provision of our services:

- Pages visited on our site
- Time on site
- Traffic source (referrer)
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual preferences, genetic or biometric information) unless the specific project requires it, in which case we will sign express consent and NDA before starting.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship)
- Address your information and quotation requests
- Deliver the contracted services (automation, IT, vibe coding)
- Manage invoicing and collection
- Comply with contractual and legal obligations
- Maintain operational communication during service provision
Secondary purposes (you may opt out at any time)
- Sending promotional communications about new services
- Invitations to webinars, educational content, or case studies
- Satisfaction surveys and service improvement
If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may state this at any time by sending an email to oscar@wellnesstotal.tech with the subject "Opt-out of secondary purposes".

5. ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke your consent.
Send an email to oscar@wellnesstotal.tech including: your full name, identification document, description of the data on which you seek to exercise your rights, and any element that helps locate them.
Response time: within 20 business days from receipt, pursuant to Art. 32 LFPDPPP. If you do not receive a response or are not satisfied, you may turn to the INAI (Mexico's data protection authority).
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary technical cookies: language and theme (light/dark) preferences
- Meta Pixel (ad measurement): measures visits and conversions from our
campaigns. It operates under tacit consent as provided by Art. 8 of Mexico's LFPDPPP: by
browsing this site with this notice available to you, the Pixel is active unless you opt out.
Your opt-out is honored through two mechanisms, no email required:
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the Pixel does not load.
- Through the control below, which stores your choice in this browser (local storage,
key
wt-pixel-optout) and takes effect immediately:
- Campaign attribution: if you arrive from an ad, that campaign's parameters
(click identifiers such as
gclidand UTM tags) are kept in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage, keywt-attr). They are cleared automatically when the tab closes, and they are only sent to us if you choose to submit the contact form — they travel with your data so we know which campaign originated your inquiry - Website chat: browser local storage holding a random conversation identifier. It is not a cookie, it does not identify you, and it is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes
7. Changes to this privacy notice
We reserve the right to modify this Notice. Any substantial change will be notified through a prominent notice on our site for at least 30 days and direct communication via email to active clients.
